Young businesses need a good foundation, and that is a good business model. With the revolution of the entrepreneurial society, a considerable amount of knowledge has been created in business models, and this lecture will provide an insight into what we know. Also, it is, of course, the case that many of the existing companies, as well as large ones, have to keep up with the pace of digitisation and changing organisational forms. This means that the importance of transforming business models is an area for young companies and is increasingly vital for transforming large companies' processes.
